Prologue:

"ChipmunkRaccoon Presents"
Somewhere, in what looked like the MGM opening scene for Leo the Lion, Stitch looked until he roared.
Stitch: (roars) RAHHHH!
He then started to proceed eating the circle around himself until he saw a hot air balloon up in the sky.
Stitch: Ooooooh.
On the balloon, six chipmunks - three boys (all three were brothers) and three girls (all three sisters) - looked around as they floated in the hot air balloon.
The first male chipmunk had amber eyes, wore a red sweater with a yellow "A" on it and a red baseball cap with the same yellow "A" on it. His name was Alvin.
The second male chipmunk had blue eyes, wore a blue sweater and black glasses. His name was Simon.
The third make chipmunk had green eyes, wore a green sweater and was chubbier than his two older brothers. His name was Theodore.
The first female chipmunk had blue eyes, wore a pink leather jacket, skirt, blouse and tie, and had her auburn hair styled in a ponytail. Her name was Brittany.
The second female chipmunk had violet eyes, wore a light purple shirt layered with a blue jean jacket, a violet plaid skirt, purple glasses and had her brown hair in a bun. Her name was Jeanette.
The third female chipmunk had green eyes, wore a green shirt with a light-green shirt, had her blonde hair in pigtails and was chubbier than her two older sisters. Her name was Eleanor.
"A ChipmunkRaccoon Film"
Eleanor: (inhales, exhales) Pretty nice up here, isn't it?
Theodore: (worried) I'm s-s-scared.
Eleanor: Oh? How come, Theodore?
Theodore: Well, w-what if we drift out to sea? What if we're never heard from again? W-what if there's a storm and we get struck by lightning?
Simon: Don't worry, Theodore. Nothing bad's going to happen.
Alvin: And besides, Theo, this is just the opening credits.
Theodore: Oh. Okay.
Brittany: Well, like, where exactly are they?
Then, they looked up at the sky.
"The Great Disney Caper"
Theodore/Eleanor: Wow!
Simon: The Great Disney Caper!
Jeanette: Nice title.
Alvin looked around as he spoke.
Alvin: Woo whee. Y'know, I'd like to try this without the balloon.
Brittany: Try what? Plummeting?
Alvin: Yeah, but with one of those suits have those wings between the arms and legs.

Simon: (looks at her) Yeah?
Jeanette: How long are these opening credits?
Simon: Well, by my calculations, I'd say about another minute or so.
Jeanette then looked at her love interest again.
Jeanette: My ears are popping.
"Production Designer ??"
Eleanor: (looks at Theodore) How're ya doing now, Theodore?
Theodore: Oh, I'm doing much better now, thanks. I'm sure glad we're all together for this movie.
Eleanor: Me too.
"Editor ChipmunkRaccoon"
"Director of Photography ?? B.S.C."
Theodore then looked at Simon.
Theodore: Hey, Simon?
Simon: Yeah?
Theodore: What does B.S.C. stand for?
"Executive Producer ChipmunkRaccoon"
Simon: I believe it stands for "British Society of Cinematographers".
Theodore: Oh. Okay.
They looked around as they saw more credits appear.
"Written by ChipmunkRaccoon, ??, ?? and ??"
Brittany: (notices) Gee, a lotta people worked on this movie.
Alvin: This is nothin', Brit. Wait'll ya see the end credits.
The balloon continued to float in the sky.
"Produced by ChipmunkRaccoon and ??"
Alvin: Hey, Si?
Simon: Yeah?
Alvin: Are the credits over?
Simon: Not just yet.
"Directed by ChipmunkRaccoon"
Brittany: Does anyone even read these names?
Jeanette: Sure they do, Brittany. They all have families.
Theodore then noticed something.
Theodore: Hey, that's it. The sky's all clear.
Alvin: (looks at Simon) Oookay...so, now what do we do? I mean, how does this movie start?
Simon: Well, (points to the rope) we just pull that rope.
Alvin: (imitates Ace Ventura) Well, alrighty then!
He then jumped up and pulled the rope. Unfortunately, the balloon started losing air much too fast.
Six: Ahhh!
The balloon then slowly fell as it began to fall a little faster to the ground inside a city. All while Theodore and Eleanor were screaming.
Alvin: We're goin' down!
Brittany: HELLLLLLLLLP!
Alvin then looked below as he shouted to the people in the streets.
Alvin: Heads up below!
The cars stopped as the balloon landed on the ground. Then, the balloon completely deflated. The crowd (consisting of Kimberly Ann "Kim" Possible, Ronald "Ron" Stoppable, Ron's pet naked mole rat Rufus, Wade Load, Felix Renton, Monique, Zita Flores, Phineas Flynn, Isabella Garcia-Shapiro and her Fireside Girls troop 46231 (Gretchen, Holly, Katie, Milly, Adyson Sweetwater and Ginger), Ferb Fletcher, Baljeet Tjinder, Buford van Stomm, Django Brown, Irving, Candace Flynn, Jeremy Johnson, Stacy Hirano, Jenny, and the boys' pet platypus named Perry) watched as they looked at the colorful balloon landing on top of the six. Then, a teenage spiky brown-haired blue-eyed boy who wore a black and silver baggy outfit, with many zippers and leggings, a red jumpsuit, a pair of white with yellow gloves, yellow shoes, and a crown necklace, named Sora, comes up and pulls a section of the balloon off, revealing the Chipmunks and Chipettes.
Alvin: What a fantastic beginning!
Sora smiled and spoke before singing while passing the crowd where Gantu was watching.
Sora: Wow. (singing) There'll be spectacle
There'll be fantasy
There'll be daring do
And stuff like you have never seen
All: (singing) Hey, a movie
Then, the Chipmunks and Chipettes successfully got out of the balloon as they sang.
Six: (singing) Yeah, we're gonna be in a movie
Sora: (singing) Starring everybody
Then, a 6-foot-tall blue-silver-grey robot on treads and a red toolbox named Johnny 5 rolled up to where Sora was.
Johnny 5: (singing) And me
The crowd looked happily as they danced while Johnny 5 sang.
Johnny 5: (singing) There'll be heroes bold
There'll be comedy
All while Felix tossed a basketball up to where two workers were fixing a sign, though it caused one of them to fall off the breaking ramp and to the ground.
Johnny 5: (singing) And a lotta fuss
That ends for us real happily
All: (singing) Hey, a movie
Johnny 5: (singing) We can watch it all develop
The Chipmunks then appeared on Johnny 5's shoulders.
Three: (singing) Starring everybody
Brittany was on a box with a cart pusher as she sang.
Brittany: (singing) And me
She looked around as she continued.
Brittany: (singing) We'll take the world
And set it on its ear
Jeanette & Eleanor: (singing) C'mon, join in
We're gonna start right here
The cart stopped as Brittany looked shocked.
Brittany: Huh?
Then, a car hit the boxes as Brittany yelped, jumping off the box before she was hit. The chickens in the box were out while she landed on Alvin. The two groaned as they got up.
Brittany: (dusting herself) Thanks for breaking my fall, Alvie.
Alvin: (dusting himself) No problems.
The taxis and passengers shouted while they honked. The Chipmunks and Chipettes tried to get the chickens away from them, all while Gantu rushed to where they were. He shoved a man out of his way, and then screamed as he fell down an opened manhole.
Gantu: (from inside the sewers) Oh, blitznak.
The crowd gathered around as they spoke while Johnny 5 shouted.
Johnny 5: (imitates Disney's 1951's film Alice in Wonderland's Queen of Hearts) SIIIIIILENCE!
They stopped and looked at him while Johnny 5 turned around.
Johnny 5: (normal voice) Go ahead, Sora.
Sora: (nods) Thanks, J5. (to the "audience") See, in this film, me, the Chipmunks and Chipettes play crack investigative reporters for "The Daily Chronicle".
As he spoke next, the Chipmunks, the Chipettes and Johnny 5 joined him as they walked the streets.
Sora: And Johnny 5, he's our photographer. And it's gonna be terrific.
They then yelped as they saw a taxi coming toward them.
Eight: Gah!
They made it to the other side as they sighed in relief.
Sora: (to the "audience") Boy, I wish I were you people seeing this for the first time.
Alvin: Wow.
Then, a wardrobe passed by the group as it somehow magically changed their clothing:
*Sora now sported a grey trench coat over his regular attire with a grey reporter's hat
*Simon, Theodore and the Chipettes each with a brown reporter's hat with a note
*Alvin's cap had a notepad attached to it
*Brittany now sporting a denim jack, a light pink t-shirt and a pink skirt with black polka dots
*Jeanette now sporting a purple and white striped long sleeve shirt and a navy-blue sailor skirt with white polka dots
*Eleanor also wearing a green and white striped long sleeve shirt with a green skirt with green polka dots around the edge.
*And Johnny 5 now had on a red bandana and a camera in his hands.
Johnny 5: Cool.
Theodore: Wow.
Alvin grinned as he sang and danced with his friends.
Alvin: (singing) There'll be crooks and cops
Brittany (singing) There'll be villainy
Six: (singing) But with us on call
We'll fix it all real easily
They then saw a bunch of alien experiments in a paddy wagon passing by.
Alien experiments: (singing) Hey, a movie
Johnny 5: (singing) Wow, it's gonna be terrific
Starring everybody
All while a man in a black trench coat passed by, being helped across the street by one of the Fireside Girls. He was Chazz Fleming.
Chazz: (grins) And me.
As he walked by, he unknowingly stepped on Gantu's fingers as he was coming out.
Gantu: YEOWWWW!
He placed his fingers in his mouth in pain. All while Sora looked around.
Sora: Now, all we need, guys, is an exciting photo story.
Then, he noticed Johnny 5 trying to get pictures of various couples - including a blue alien experiment (Stitch) and a pink experiment (Angel), as well as Kim and Ron, Felix and Zita, Candace and Jeremy and Phineas and Isabella (actually, Isabella pulled Phineas into the shot).
Johnny 5: Right this way, fellas. (to Sora) I'll take some pictures of these cute couples.
The couples grinned, walking and posing.
Johnny 5: Oh, that's beautiful.
Theodore: That's great, Johnny.
Johnny 5: Yeah. (to the couples, imitating Austin Powers) All right, babies, show me love.
All while with Chazz, he then discards his trench coat. He then quickly shoved a customer and the front door guard while slapping them. Then he grabbed a woman's jewels.
Woman: (gasps) My jewels! That man stole my jewels!
Chazz then quickly headed inside his getaway car, then it was off.
Woman: (running in) Help! My jewels!
The car swung by the other cars, making the cars forced to move away while one of the cars hit the trash cans. The crowd gathered around, wondering what the commotion was about. All while Johnny 5 looked at the couples, taking pictures.
Johnny 5: (imitates Austin Powers) Yes. Yes, yes. (stops taking pictures) No, no!
Sora: Johnny, save some of them for the rest of the film.
Johnny 5: (imitates Maxwell Smart) Sorry about that, Chief.
Then, the gang began singing while the crowd moved about while dancing.
Eight: (singing) There'll be mystery and catastrophe
But it's all in fun
You paid the money, wait and see
The alien experiments passing by escaped with an officer in the paddy wagon. All while a man accidentally dropping dynamite in the sewers.
Alien experiments: (singing) Hey, a movie
Then, the dynamite exploded as Gantu coughed while blackened.
Gantu: (groaning/singing) Is there any way to stop it?!
Sora: (singing) Starring everybody
Crowd: (singing) Everybody
All: (singing) Everybody and
Crowd: (singing) Oh...
Then, Johnny 5 put his camera on a tripod and set the timer before taking his place with his friends to take a picture.
Eight: (singing) Me
With that, the picture was taken of Sora, the Chipmunks, the Chipettes, Johnny 5 and the singers in the background as the song ended.

That day, at "The Daily Chronicle", the paper with the same picture Johnny 5 took read "Unlikely Friends Join Chronicle Staff" was being read. The man groaned, placing down the paper. He was a balding blond haired man in his 50s, wearing a white business suit with brown shoes, and a plaid tie. He was their boss, Burne Thompson.
Burne: How could you miss a story like that?!
He slammed his fist down, making a pencil jump while the eight jumped.
Burne: It was right under your noses, practically bit you in the seat of the pants. There's just no excuse.
The eight looked stunned a bit.
Alvin: (chuckling nervously) I, uh, I guess this would be a wrong time to ask for a raise?
Burne: Raise? (angrily) A raise?! Ho-ho-ho-ho, I'll give ya a raise!
He then slammed his hand down, making the eight jump while Burne stood up and snatched a newspaper.
Burne: Have you read these headlines? Huh?
He then tossed a paper labeled "Jewel Heist on Main Street".
